   • Pear tart with stilton & pistachios
   • Tuscan style roasted asparagus
   • Creamy curried carrot & butter bean soup
   • Chorizo scotch egg on leaves

   • Roast beef & Yorkshire pudding
   • Roast lamb & all the trimmings
   • Fillet of salmon on a bed of leeks served in a parcel
   • Lemon- garlic cream fettuccine
